We're seeking local P&D drivers ready to move their careers and our freight.Competitive Pay:Experienced drivers may earn up to $35.20/hour.Overtime after 8 hours.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options to fit your needs.Employee-only coverage: Costs up to 2% of gross income.Family coverage: Cost up to 4% of gross income.401K – 100% match up to 5% of employee's contribution.Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months.Holiday pay after your 90 days.Cell phone stipend.Home daily.Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions.Ability to meet the Company's reliability standard for employees.Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather is required.Availability to work weekends and/or nights if needed.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:At least 21 years oldClass A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements.At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment.Doubles/triples & chaining experience is preferred but not required.Valid DOT Medical Certification.Must have a clean driving record. No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the last 3 years.Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers.Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.OHFL is an equal opportunity employer.
