Human Services Professional

We are seeking a Human Service Professional to support individuals facing mental health challenges, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system. Key Responsibilities Include Providing trauma‑informed, recovery‑focused services in various settings such as community locations, shelters, jails, offices, and schools. Assisting with enrollment in programs like BadgerCare/Medicaid & FoodShare, and supporting applications for Social Security, IDs, employment, and housing. Offering mental health coordination, recovery support, life skills, coping skills, budgeting, and medication management assistance. Coordinating education opportunities such as GED and technical college. Collaborating with clients and teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and applying evidence‑based practices to promote independence and stability. Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in a human services‑related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Sociology, Education, Occupational Therapy). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work in community‑based environments, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience working with individuals in crisis. Proficiency with electronic health records and computer applications.
