Job Summary:
The Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer is responsible for performing OB/GYN ultrasound examinations in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role requires expertise in GYN and OB ultrasound scans, as well as proficiency operating advanced ultrasound equipment and software.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed OB/GYN ultrasound procedures, including anatomy and nuchal scans.
• Operate GE Voluson Ultrasound units, Vision Chips, Inc., and EPIC reporting systems accurately.
• Document findings thoroughly and maintain high-quality image archiving.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient assessments.
• Adhere to all licensing, certification, and compliance requirements, including travel and scheduling policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited one-year ultrasound program.
• Possess ARRT Sonography or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification.
• Demonstrate experience with GE Voluson S8 ultrasound units and EPIC software.
• Have strong OB/GYN ultrasound experience, including GYN and OB scans.
• Maintain current NY license and AHA certifications (or equivalent).
