Certified Pharmacy Technician

Description of role: We are looking for a dependable Pharmacy Technician that will process and fill prescriptions at our Batesville location. You will undertake other tasks under the direction of a pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly. As a pharmacy technician, you must be detail-oriented and reliable since the job has high responsibility. You must possess excellent communication skills as well as aptitude in using computers. Our store hours are 8:30am - 6pm on Monday-Friday and Saturday's 9am - 2pm. Your schedule will include 36-40 hours per week including up to 2 Saturdays per month. Tasks: Accurate medication counting and packaging Computer input Selling durable medical equipment Balancing cash drawers Generating reports Other office duties Skills and Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience at a retail pharmacy RX30 software experience is preferred High level of care and compassion for others Effective communication Organizational skills Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Georgespharmacy
