About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to join our Cincinnati team and assist with client communication, scheduling, and event-related inquiries. The Call Center
Representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information to clients, help schedule appointments, and support our event teams with communication needs.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information to clients
* Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, schedules, and event details
* Handle basic customer inquiries and route calls to the correct team
* Update records, logs, and internal systems after each call
* Assist client services and event teams with communication follow-ups
* Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Comfortable speaking with clients and handling multiple calls
* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly attitude
