Call Center Representative
1st Shift - 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: $20 an hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Call Center Representative for a first-shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely, professional support. Position Summary The Call Center Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, issues, and requests while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
- Process orders, requests, or account updates as needed
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform other customer service or administrative tasks as assigned
- Must have a call center background answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable attendance and time management
