Head of Risk & Compliance Recruitment at Ikon Search The AVP will lead loan workouts and restructuring efforts to stabilize assets, reduce losses, and maintain agency compliance. You will need familiarity with agency servicing, financial and property-level analysis. Responsibilities Develop and execute modifications, restructures, forbearances, foreclosures (loan resolution strategies). Review borrower financials and property performance to assess risk and recovery options. Ensure compliance with Fannie, Freddie, and HUD servicing requirements. Report on portfolio performance and risk exposure to senior leadership. Qualifications Background in loss mitigation, special servicing, and loan workouts. Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills. Experience with Fannie Mae DUS or Freddie Mac multifamily programs. Strategic, analytical, and comfortable managing complex borrower relationships.
