The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.The opportunity:· Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives. · Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, building strong relationships with business and executive stakeholders. · Define program roadmap, governance framework, and execution strategy. · Oversee multiple projects, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and delivery. · Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across the program lifecycle. · Ensure effective communication, including status reporting, progress tracking, and executive updates.· Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery alignment. · Monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement. · Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and best practices. · Support financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. · Drive client satisfaction through high-quality delivery and proactive engagement.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:· 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management. · Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment. · Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client handling, and delivery governance. · Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models. · Solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). · Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies effectively. · Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. · Preferred Skills Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable. · Familiarity with Salesforce / Digital Transformation programs is a plus. · PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred. · Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, reporting dashboards.Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Role Location: Remote-USCompensation Range: $88,000-$132,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
