About Spikes Auto Repair

Spikes Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its independent repair shop in Jefferson, GA.

You'll diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models, including approximately 30% European vehicles , while handling both diagnostics and general repair work.

The shop emphasizes consistent workflow, teamwork, and structured processes designed to keep repairs moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Perform automotive maintenance and general repair
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete needed repairs
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Collaborate with technicians and Service Advisors
• Follow established shop systems and processes

Qualifications

• A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician experience
• Strong automotive diagnostic skills
• Ability to diagnose concerns and complete repairs
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to follow structured shop systems and processes

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$60/hour flat rate, based on experience and proven performance
• 50+ flagged hours common
