The company's commitment to finding new and better ways to RECLAIM, RECYCLE and REUSE bridges the sustainability goals of scrap tire generators nationwide with those of local scrap rubber consumers.Job Summary: The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing tire volume, and expanding customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role manages inbound sales opportunities while actively developing new business, growing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to increase market share. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to drive results.Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound sales opportunities and convert leads into new or expanded business relationshipsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional growthProactively pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, market analysis, and customer engagementConduct customer visits and business development meetings throughout the assigned territoryCreate and present customized proposals, pricing strategies, and service solutions to prospective and existing customersNegotiate service agreements and secure new business opportunitiesCollaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure successful service execution and customer satisfactionMaintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities, customer interactions, and account activityAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and volume objectivesMaintain a thorough understanding of Liberty Tire Recycling's services, capabilities, and industry regulationsRepresent Liberty Tire Recycling professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade associationOther Duties and Responsibilities as assignedTravel up to 50%Skills and Abilities:Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsStrong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skillsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to identify customer needs and provide solution-based recommendationsSelf-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesProficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business applicationsAbility to travel throughout the assigned territory as neededEducation and Experience:5+ years of successful sales, business development, account management, or territory management experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goalsExperience in recycling, transportation, logistics, environmental services, industrial services, manufacturing, or related industries preferredExperience managing customer portfolios and developing strategic account growth plans preferredEEO Statement:Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
