Sous Chef

Position Tellico Village | Loudon, TN Job Description As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring all food items are prepared to culinary standards, provide residents with an exceptional dining experience, maintain portion control, minimize waste, and inspect all aspects of the culinary service—including logs, cooking equipment, storage rotation, and food service—to ensure they are up-to-date, clean, and sanitary. You will perform area sanitation tasks, ensure foot safety, and assist in leading the culinary team in day‑to‑day operations.
