L2 Brands — home of League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale and Wild Tribute — is looking for a VP, Golf Sales to drive the entire golf channel, from Green Grass pro shops to off-course retail. If you can read a green, close a deal, and build a team that plays like a Ryder Cup squad, we want to talk.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the golf channel P&L — pricing, margin, and the full scorecard of revenue growth
- Building relationships with key Green Grass accounts, buying groups, and off-course retail partners
- Repping L2 at the big shows
- Hiring, coaching, and leading a golf sales team that consistently shoots under par
- Partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Design, and Finance to keep the whole operation in the fairway
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years leading a team
- A proven track record selling into the Green Grass channel, with real relationships among golf buyers and buying groups
- Comfort owning a P&L and building commission plans that actually motivate people
- A genuine passion for golf — this isn't a "nice to have," it's practically the job description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a nice-to-have, not a must-have)
This is a VP-level seat at the table, reporting directly to the President, with the autonomy to build the golf business the way you'd design your dream course.
