We are seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Duties to include (but not limited to) checking incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments, and filling requisitions for outgoing storeroom requests.

We have a full-time position available.

This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school graduate.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management, and coworkers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
• 2-year(s) Accounting experience. (desired)
• Certification of previous training in computers.
• Experience with computers, calculators or word processors.
• Knowledgeable of statistic reports and inventories control.

• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent hotel data.

• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• Ability to organize and keep track of missing materials / equipment on time.
