• Weekly pay of $18.00 per hour

• Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Write and post job ads optimized for visibility and applicant quality.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

• Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications.

• Provide timely updates to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with sales and account managers to understand client needs.

• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to promote staffing services.

• Day Shift, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

• Bilingual Recrtuier experience preferred

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to work in the US

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.

• Solid organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions at once.

• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Customer-service oriented with a focus on building lasting relationships.

• Speak spanish

• Multi-tasking required

• Emailing clients and employees

• Calling candidates to schedule interview

• willing to assist with resumes
