You will drive high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security teams, transforming strategic vision into executable plans that deliver innovative capabilities like the GitLab Duo Agent Platform and next-generation developer tools. You will work closely with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, serving as the bridge between strategy and execution through clear communication, proactive risk management, and structured program delivery. You will join our growing, distributed team of Technical Program Managers currently spanning North America and Europe. We own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs including AI platform capabilities, enterprise customer initiatives, and strategic technology transformations. As an all-remote team, we excel at asynchronous communication to coordinate across time zones while partnering closely with executive leaders and stakeholders to deliver business-critical outcomes.
