Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening depending on business levels.SummaryAs the full-time Cliff Spa Front Desk Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations at the front desk for a dynamic, high-traffic spa. You'll manage a diverse team, drive sales, maintain high standards for service, and ensure smooth, efficient operations across all departments. You will assist guests with check-in and out, give general information about the resort, answer the telephone, make reservations, receive customer complaints, and find solutions, and demonstrate outstanding customer service.What You'll DoLead and support a team of up to 10 employees.
