Inside Sales Manager
Cabinetworks Group is seeking a motivated and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team based in Livonia, Michigan. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through our dealer, distributor, and retail partnerships while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a growing team of inside sales reps focused on kitchen cabinet market including retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Develop a high-performing team driving growth through skill development, performance coaching, and product expertise.
- Ensure the team (including this role) have in-depth knowledge of our cabinetry products and the sales process used to engage and support customers.
- Monitor results to drive target achievement. Refine sales strategies. Build team capabilities to ensure the team continues to drive growth in the future.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably with a team of 5 or more sellers.
- 4+ years of sales and/or marketing in the building products industry (cabinetry, construction, home renovation, or related).
- Kitchen cabinetry experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Degree preferred, but all combinations of degree and experience will be considered equally.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. Experience with 2020, PowerBI, or Five9 is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences, including team members, executive stakeholders, and customers.
- Will travel periodically (<10%). Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
