Long hours and a high volume of patient appointments often lead to hurried consultations, compromising the quality of care and communication.

At our organization, physicians enjoy a reduction of 10-15 hours in their weekly schedules, see approximately one-third the number of patients, and still achieve comparable or higher total compensation than those in traditional insurance-based practices.

We are a physician-owned private practice that has pioneered innovative healthcare delivery and is a leader in Direct Primary Care (DPC), a cost-effective, value-driven membership model. Established in 2001, we became the first DPC practice in the Kansas City region in 2013 and currently stand as the largest multi-site DPC practice in the area.

We are thrilled to announce the search for two Full-time BC/BE Family Medicine physicians to join our Overland Park office and a new midtown Kansas City location.

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school in the U.S.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri and Kansas

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in family practice (exceptional final-year family medicine residents will be considered)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A commitment to building relationships with and educating patients

• A strong emphasis on patient experience, customer service, and timely access to care
