Customs Compliance Specialist

To support customs operations, the full-time Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist will manage import and export documentation, monitor shipment exceptions, and ensure compliance with customs regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Record and monitor daily shipment information and exceptions for US imports Update and maintain ISF filing information and brokerage billing using various portals Coordinate export information between internal teams and external brokers for accurate shipping updates Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customs Compliance and understanding of customs import entries Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume data entry and strong organizational skills Desire to grow into broader trade compliance responsibilities
