Customer Service Associate

This role handles a range of customer inquiries, provides information, assists with requests, and works to resolve everyday service issues in a timely and professional manner. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to the details, and can balance several customer needs while maintaining a friendly and solutions-oriented approach. What You’ll Be Responsible For Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance Learn company products and services in order to answer common questions Review customer requests and determine the appropriate course of action Explain policies, procedures, product information, and service options Assist customers with updates, changes, and general account-related requests Research questions using available company resources and internal systems Resolve routine service issues independently within established guidelines Follow open requests through completion and provide updates when necessary Identify situations requiring additional review and route them appropriately Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications Update customer information and account details as needed Coordinate with internal departments to resolve questions that require additional assistance Verify information before completing customer requests or providing final responses Recognize recurring service issues and communicate them to the appropriate team Maintain confidentiality when working with customer and company information Complete routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service requests Prioritize incoming needs based on urgency and required follow-up Contribute to consistent service standards across the customer experience What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, retail, or a similar role is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs Good judgment and practical problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to organize multiple requests and follow-up items Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and product information Professional and courteous communication style Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Reliable follow-through on assigned responsibilities Comfortable collaborating with different departments and team members Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn customer management systems Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday What You Can Expect Comprehensive training on company systems, processes, and services Consistent support from supervisors and team members Clear procedures and established service standards Collaborative team environment Variety in day-to-day customer requests and responsibilities Regular team meetings and communication Organized onboarding and role-specific resources #J-18808-Ljbffr Titan Logic Inc
