Personal Assistant

Job Title: Private Personal Assistant Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Must reside within 15 minutes of residence)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly capable, polished, and dependable Private Personal Assistant to support a busy household with a wide range of personal and administrative needs. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in excellence, discretion, and reliability. We are very selective in our hiring process and are looking for a long-term professional relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing personal errands and household-related tasks with efficiency and attention to detail

Coordinating travel, including flight scheduling and itinerary management

Transporting dog to grooming, veterinary, and related appointments

Scheduling and managing appointments, calendars, and reminders

Handling personal requests with professionalism, discretion, and urgency

Maintaining consistent, prompt communication

Candidate Requirements:

Must reside within 15 minutes of the residence in Oklahoma City

Exceptionally reliable, punctual, and responsive

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Demonstrated professionalism and discretion

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Comfortable managing confidential and personal matters

Must successfully pass a background check

Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role strongly preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

Full time

Competitive compensation , commensurate with experience and qualifications
