responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust methods for process control, continuous improvement, and rigorous product testing to ensure devices are completely free of flaws.
- Lead Product Transfers, Supplier Change Requests, and Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP) to maintain high quality standards across the supply chain.
- Execute critical validation projects for new plant equipment and drive First Article Inspection (FAI) strategy development, execution, and final approvals.
- Act as the cross-functional voice of Quality by advocating for and leading key initiatives to enhance overall performance and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Create and continuously update Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Inspection plans utilizing the internal change management system.
