DH Pace Company, Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking to hire a Service Supervisor who will effectively coordinate field employees in order to provide service to the customer’s satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations. Efficiently provide leadership and develop staff for future advancement through communication, coaching, training and development. Ensure workforce is managed efficiently to minimize negative labor variants. Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies. Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling; manage WIP inventory and returns from job sites to minimize inventory investment. Fulfill all other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Proven ability to implement process improvements. Excellent communication, organizational, mechanical and mathematical aptitude. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and represent the company professionally. Minimum of 1-3 years of management or leadership experience. Valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. The anticipated pay range for this position is below. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting.
