Physician Qu alifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO degree
\n
• Completed an ACGME accredited residency 
\n
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or District of Columbia
\n
• Desired completion of an Endocrinology fellowship and Board Eligible/Board Certified in Endocrinology
