Product Manager - Gadgets

Acer America is seeking a Product Manager to support the growth of its Gadget & New Business portfolio in North America. This position will be responsible for product planning, market analysis, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle management for assigned products and emerging business categories. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Acer's global headquarters and regional Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate market opportunities, launch products, and drive business growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage assigned products and categories throughout the product lifecycle, including product introduction, growth, and end-of-life planning. Evaluate new products and business opportunities for the North American market. Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. Develop regional product strategies, positioning, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans. Coordinate product launches with Business Manager, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders. Partner with Acer global headquarters to communicate regional market requirements, customer feedback, and business opportunities. Monitor product performance, sales, inventory, pricing, and relevant market trends. Develop product forecasts, business and product reviews, market assessments, and management presentations. Support BMs, sales and channel teams with product knowledge, training, and customer or partner engagement. Identify new channel, partnership, and business development opportunities for emerging product categories. Manage multiple product initiatives and cross-functional projects simultaneously. Perform other duties and support strategic business initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, category management, business development, or a related function. Experience in technology, consumer electronics, PC accessories, smart devices, or related product categories. Strong analytical, business planning, presentation, and communication skills. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with BMs, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and global product teams. Experience launching new or emerging product categories in the North American market. Experience with retail, distribution, reseller, or e-commerce channels are highly preferred. Experience working within a global or multinational organization is highly preferred. Knowledge of consumer electronics and emerging technology market trends. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Mandarin communication skills are highly preferred.
