Contract Specialist

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Oklahoma City to identify a Commercial Contracts Specialist to support its Sales and Operations teams. This role plays a key part in driving efficient, compliant contract execution while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Why This Role? High-visibility role supporting revenue-generating teams Opportunity to improve processes and impact business outcomes Collaborative, cross-functional environment with leadership exposure Minimal travel (up to 5%) What You’ll Do Manage the full contract lifecycle , including intake, review, risk assessment, redlining, approvals, execution, and tracking Review and process agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, T&Cs, and customer/vendor contracts Partner with Sales, Product, and leadership to support contract negotiations within defined risk guidelines Identify and elevate non-standard risks to appropriate stakeholders, including legal when needed Maintain and optimize contract templates, clause libraries, and standard terms Track contract milestones, renewals, and key obligations Improve and streamline contract workflows to increase efficiency and visibility Manage contract data within Salesforce and document management systems Generate reporting on contract cycle times, workload, and bottlenecks Support Sales Operations initiatives, including rebate agreement renewals What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or Associate’s in Paralegal Studies (or similar) 3–4+ years of experience in contract management, legal support, or similar role Experience with contract lifecycle management and workflow optimization Proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong ability to learn new systems Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar CRM/workflow tools Solid understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation processes Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience working with outside counsel is a plus Power BI experience is a plus What Sets You Apart Results-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions Data-driven thinker who can translate insights into action Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment If you're looking for a high-impact role at the intersection of legal, sales, and operations , this is a great opportunity to contribute strategically and grow your career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
