Part-time Clerk

Part-time Clerk Job Summary We are hiringa short-term, part-time Clerk supporting one of our industrial clients during a period of transition. The role provides essential coverage at the shipping/receiving area, handling package intake, check-in, and general front-line support for daily facility needs. It's a hands-on position within an active warehouse environment, ideal for someone dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable balancing simple clerical tasks with light physical activity. The assignment is expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks, likely through the end of the year. Part-time Clerk Responsibilities Management of package intake and check-in using an online receiving system Greeting drivers and visitors at shipping/receiving Coordination of incoming UPS/FedEx deliveries Maintenance of basic cleanliness in the warehouse including picking up trash monitoring walkways, and spreading rock salt during bad weather Support of minor warehouse tasks as needed Completion of additional clerical or facility-related tasks as assigned Approximately 80% clerical duties and 20% light warehouse support Schedule & Pay Preferred schedule is 4 hours per day, Wednesday-Friday, ideally 10:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-3:00pm. $18/hour.
