SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE)

Aircraft Structural Maintenance Training
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 359 Training Squadron Det 1 Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM), ensuring that the courses taught comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials.
Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels.
Represents the 359 Training Squadron Det 1 Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM) Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and works on special projects as directed.
