Talent Acquisition CoordinatorPGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina for an approximately four-month onsite temporary role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support recruiting operations and new-hire onboarding by preparing offer documentation, coordinating pre-employment requirements, maintaining accurate candidate and employee data, and helping ensure new hires are cleared and ready to start on schedule.Required Skills1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, or a related field.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HRIS platforms.Experience with systems such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, or comparable HR technology.Experience processing and maintaining candidate or employee information in HR systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Experience working with Excel and other reporting or data-management tools.Familiarity with HR data governance, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and communication skills.U.S. citizenship required.Preferred SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience supporting candidate onboarding and pre-employment activities.Experience coordinating with background screening or relocation vendors.Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or recruiting metrics and reporting.What You'll DoGenerate and process candidate offer letters.Upload and maintain onboarding and pre-employment documentation.Coordinate background screening, relocation, and other pre-employment activities.Work with candidates, recruiters, HR teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues.Help ensure candidates complete all requirements before their scheduled start date.Support new-hire onboarding and orientation activities.Create purchase orders related to relocation expenses.Process HR transactions including new hires, transfers, terminations, and employee data changes.Maintain accurate candidate and employee information across ATS and HRIS platforms.Track onboarding activity and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.Support recruiting operations reporting and data-quality initiatives.Pay$20.99 per hour.Job ID: 7668/7669
