Client Experience Associate

Position Overview As a Client Experience Associate within PNC’s Retail organization you will be based in Sacramento, CA. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. This role focuses on delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Responsibilities Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate. Conduct meaningful conversations with customers to identify opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Support proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including service to sales, teller interactions, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Support customer loyalty and help grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. A high school diploma or GED is acceptable, but related experience or product knowledge is often preferred. Typically, less than one year of related experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience—including military service—may be considered. Education No Degree Required. Certifications No required certifications. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,125.00 – $61,875.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
