Senior HVAC Technician
$30 - $35 per hour Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr + Bonuses + Company Truck & Excellent Benefits Senior HVAC Technician - Clearwater, FL
- Scheduling and coordination of service jobs on a day-to-day basis on dispatch software with office manager (provide input to office manager for scheduling as needed)
- Provide accurate related financial and logistical information (invoices, etc.) to the office manager
- HVAC and Refrigeration Technician duties as needed:
- take care of calls on the field as needed
- assist on system installs or change outs as needed
- Answering customer phone calls and inquiries as necessary (first customer contact with the front office, but calls forwarded as needed)
- Need to be available for extended hours on-call coverage for service calls as needed (typically rotation, evenings and weekends, not 24/7)
- Any and all other service items within the company
- This role reports to the General Manager and the Office Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician
- Experience with Commercial and residential HVAC applications
- Experience with light refrigeration (optional, but desired)
- Proficiency using computer applications (dispatch software, smartphone, etc.)
- The ideal candidate will have a certain level of proficiency with “people management soft skills” in order to create a positive work environment
- Must have great customer service and presentation skills
- Need to have clean driving record
- Need to be able to pass background check
