Our client, a growing leader in residential cabinetry design and installation, is looking for a sales executive to develop new builder partnerships, expand existing relationships, and drive growth throughout an established territory. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys getting into the market, building relationships with home builders and developers, identifying new projects and communities, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Uncapped commission Company vehicle provided 100% company-paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Established reputation within the residential construction industry High-autonomy territory management Direct impact on company growth Long-term career growth opportunity Your responsibilities will include: Identify, prospect, and secure new residential builder relationships Develop new business through networking, referrals, jobsite visits, industry events, and targeted prospecting Build relationships with builder owners, executives, purchasing leaders, project managers, and other key decision-makers Expand existing builder accounts by identifying additional communities, developments, and projects Develop proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate agreements, and close new business Position the company's cabinetry solutions as a competitive alternative to incumbent providers Maintain a healthy pipeline of new business and account expansion opportunities Monitor residential construction activity, builder expansion, and competitive trends throughout the territory Collaborate with design, estimating, and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition after the sale The ideal candidate brings: 3+ years of B2B sales experience within construction, manufacturing, industrial or adjacent Proven success acquiring new customers and developing new business Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to develop relationships at the owner, executive, and decision-maker level Self-motivation and the ability to independently manage a territory A true hunter mentality with the persistence to open doors and win business All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran's status.
