Hospice Medical Director: Compassionate Care Leader

Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Physician to deliver compassionate, goal-directed hospice care, collaborating with IDG teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing quality improvement. The role involves home visits, 24/7 on-call coverage, and leadership in policy development.

Applicants should hold an MD/DO with board certification and an unrestricted MO license, and be able to travel as needed. This notification announces services invoiced to Gentiva, not employment by Gentiva.
