StudioRes Prattville is seeking a reliable and service-focused Houseperson to join our housekeeping team. As a Houseperson, you will respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. This role is essential in supporting the housekeeping operation by maintaining public areas, assisting room attendants, and helping to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and departmental needs. Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and other common spaces. Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies. Remove trash, recyclables, and dirty linens from guest floors and designated areas. Stock housekeeping closets and storage areas to ensure adequate supplies are available. Identify and report preventative maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs in guest rooms and public spaces. Perform deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by management. Maintain hotel grounds and entrances in a neat and presentable condition. Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to support hotel operations. Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness standards. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
