We reward for performance.We Are Not:Fancy - as manufacturers we believe practical, clean facilities are required to make quality products and retain the best team.Transactional - we have long-term relationships with our team members and most valuable customers.Satisfied - we celebrate achievement, then set our sights on new goals.What We're Looking For:Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products.Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes.Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting.Requirements:Welding Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test.Mechanical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools.Measurement and Math Skills: Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively.Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels.Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred): Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus.Relatable Experience (preferred): Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.Benefits:Competitive compensation, biannual increases & bonusesBenefits-Health, Dental, & VisionEmployer Paid Benefits-Life & Disability401(k)Paid time off
