Construction Senior Project Manager (traveler) Location: Austin, TX (travel to Eagle Pass, TX for approximately 1.5 years). Employment: Full‑time with negotiable compensation. Responsibilities Lead Project Manager reporting to the Vice President. Contract Administration – manage owner’s contract requirements, insurance, bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs. Cost Management – analyze financial reports and job‑related data to control costs and maximize profitability. Schedule Management – develop, update, and communicate the project schedule; assist field teams in schedule execution. Quality Management – develop and enforce a Project Quality Management Plan in accordance with contract documents. Safety Management – participate in weekly safety meetings and implement pre‑emptive safety measures. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in ground‑up commercial construction on sizeable projects. Hospitality or gaming construction experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Benefits Per diem. Bonus program. Company‑paid medical insurance (no cost to employee).
