Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Service Counter Associate to join our team, full time for nights and weekends. As a Service Counter Associate, you will assist customers with their bowling needs and ensure an excellent bowling experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, inventory, and many other duties but most of all bringing a fun, positive experience for the customers.

Responsibilities 

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are bowling.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Be available nights & weekends
• Bring a positive, fun personality to work daily
