Salary and work shift range: $65,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Description Sales Associate – Leading sales at a top home furnishings retailer. This role is based in Wesley Chapel, FL . The position requires a full‑time commitment (40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Assist guests in designing their home and recommend products and services. Present and explain a variety of home furnishings and service options. Navigate large showrooms while standing 8 hours a day. Identify and assist customers with financing options. Prospect and manage customer accounts. Create invoices and schedule deliveries. Utilize the CITY CRM System to track customer interactions. Compensation This position is commission‑driven with uncapped earning potential. Average first‑year earnings range from $65,000 to $80,000, with top performers earning between $100,000 and $150,000. Additional monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses and sales contests are available. Required Qualifications High‑school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Fluency in speaking and listening with customers. Empathy and relationship‑building skills. Adaptability and receptivity to change. Influence, integrity, professionalism, self‑drive, and motivation. Ability to stay on feet and walk for extended periods; showrooms are large. Work flexible schedule that can include evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
