Our client, an industry leader in Mount Vernon, IL, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the sales support team, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed, aligning seamlessly with the company's values and goals.

Location: Mount Vernon, IL

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions
• Assist in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update customer information in the company's database
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Support inside sales activities through effective communication and problem-solving
