This role assists with the installation and removal of safety and winter covers, as well as cleaning, folding, and properly storing covers at customer properties. You will work closely with and report directly to the Service Technician assigned to you each day, helping ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer care.Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00 /Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Service Technician with installation and removal of safety covers during winter and spring service visitsSupport technicians during pool winterization and spring opening servicesProvide assistance during the installation of pool equipment when neededAssist with installation of replacement vinyl linersClean, fold, and store pool covers at customer locationsMaintain the highest level of customer service through professional and courteous interactionsFollow all company safety guidelines, driving standards, and workplace policiesMaintain a clean, professional appearance while representing Leslie's in the fieldQualificationsAbility to listen carefully and understand customer needs to ensure high-quality serviceStrong time management and organizational skillsBasic math skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and support the Service TechnicianWe offer our employees competitive compensation, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.Leslie's recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.
