Project Manager

6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Full-Time Conversion) $43–55/hr (W2) About the Role We are seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to support a leading fiber optic network provider in a major infrastructure expansion across the Arizona market. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will manage the end-to-end construction of a new fiber network, from design through installation and final delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee contractors and field inspectors, and ensure successful execution of underground fiber builds including installation, splicing, testing, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end OSP project lifecycle: planning, design, permitting, construction, and installation Oversee daily underground fiber construction activities and field reporting Lead and manage construction managers, contractors, and OSP field inspectors Ensure accurate daily production tracking within GIS systems Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and local agencies for permits and compliance Review and process contractor invoices aligned with field production Maintain project schedules, forecasts, and reporting metrics Identify risks and proactively drive solutions Ensure quality standards across all phases of construction Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required; degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred Strong understanding of fiber construction, ROW, bore drilling, and potholing Experience working with GIS mapping tools and OSP project systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach What's in it for you?
