About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and operations of one of its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial transformation and scale, in line with the investment thesis of the private equity sponsor. This includes a strong focus on both organic and inorganic growth, with an emphasis on M&A activities to acquire add-on businesses that enhance scale, product offerings, and market presence. The CFO will be a key player in the company's journey to become a powerful platform business, and must be prepared to honor the company's past while steering it towards a successful future. The ideal CFO for this role will have a background in multi-site contract manufacturing within regulated end markets, with a proven track record as the top financial leader of a sub $100mm manufacturing company. A strong accounting orientation, including experience in FP&A, cost accounting, and operations, is essential. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive career success, with a preference for those who have a background in private equity and solid experience in M&A integration. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a contagious will to win, who can effectively lead the company through its next phase of growth and transformation.
