What We're Looking For Hold an EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score of 3.0 or higher RID certification, OR NAD Level III certification Experience in school-based settings preferred About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
