Senior Clerk Typist

Job Title

Schedule: Falcon Center & Technology 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Performance Responsibilities

Type accounting and financial statements, payrolls, statistical tabulations and data, memoranda, vouchers, reports, requisitions and other materials;

Reviews accounts, reports and other documents for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with established procedures;

Indexes and files all documents and correspondence;

Searches, locates, and records papers and documents;

Assembles a variety of data from office records for incorporation into various reports;

Prepares payrolls and maintains time cards;

Composes and types routine correspondence;

Assists in proofreading typewritten and printed material;

Answers the telephone, gives routine information to the public and makes appointments for supervisor(s);

Operates a calculator, photocopier, and computer;

Collects and maintains records of fees collected by the office;

Assigns lower ranking employees to duties which assist teachers, parents, and students;

Performs related work as needed.
