About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of LIHTC Project Management to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of LIHTC real estate deals and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all underwriting and closings in close partnership with various internal teams, ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires extensive experience in LIHTC real estate project management, a background in syndication, banking, non-profit, or real estate development, and a proven track record of leading deal closes with strong underwriting skills. The Vice President will also be expected to provide strategic guidance, evaluate project performance, and maintain strong relationships with partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
