About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology Development and Business Operations to lead a high-impact Program Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that projects align with business objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget. This role is pivotal in introducing strong operating rhythms, revenue optimization programs, and new ways of working. The VP will act as a trusted advisor to the CTO, define the governance framework for the Product & Engineering PMO, and oversee the strategic portfolio management framework. They will also be tasked with budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management, as well as establishing a comprehensive framework for measuring and reporting the ROI of the technology portfolio. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a BS/BA degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in technology, SaaS, or high-technology businesses. A minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep analytical and problem-solving skill set, a passion for innovation, and a strong understanding of engineering, product development, and technology processes. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean, is essential. The role demands exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage enterprise-level relationships and lead a team of program and project managers. The VP will be expected to drive cross-functional communication, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and encourage an innovative approach to project management.
