Registered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Night shift, 3x12.0 hours per week.The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees while upholding safety standards and quality outcomes.Responsibilities:Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and provide direct patient care.Initiate discharge planning and patient education from the day of admission.Communicate changes in patient status to support continuity of care.Provide direction, training, and supervision of ancillary nursing personnel.Ensure personal and environmental safety following hospital policies and procedures.Contribute positively to unit functioning and participate in team-building activities.Assume charge responsibility as requested following orientation.Engage in professional growth through continuing education and self-study.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.ACLS Certification required prior to the first shift (CIRH ONLY).Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is required.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
