Nights: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

No on-call required

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy, fast-paced Renal/Vascular Medical-Surgical unit within a large, full-service acute care hospital. This unit cares for complex adult patients and is ideal for nurses who thrive in hands-on bedside care, enjoy clinical variety, and value strong teamwork.

You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a patient-centered environment that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and professional growth.

What You'll Do:

Deliver direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients with renal and vascular needs

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to clinical changes

Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and discharge planning

Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Manage care efficiently in a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of RN experience required
• Acute care experience NOT required

~ LTAC

• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Outpatient Rehab
• Corrections
• Strong bedside or high-patient-volume experience preferred
• Active RN license (Florida or compact)
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of hire
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless approved exemption
