Float Pool Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Gainesville, FL US
Schedule: Full-Time | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | Days or Nights | Every Other Weekend

We are seeking an experienced Med-Surg RN to join our Float Pool team. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple medical-surgical units while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Compensation

• $43.00/hour
• Night Differential: +$4.25/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance (case-by-case)

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN License or Multistate Compact License
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med-Surg RN experience
• Must currently be working in a Med-Surg setting
• Comfortable floating between units
