Job Summary

Join a dynamic Float Pool team supporting multiple Medical-Surgical units within a leading acute care hospital. This role offers the opportunity to work across different Med-Surg departments while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are flexible, adaptable, and comfortable floating between units.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Day or Night shifts available
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Work across multiple Med-Surg units

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current Med-Surg RN experience in an acute care hospital
• Must currently be working in a Med-Surg setting
• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN License
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must be comfortable floating between units
• Must be comfortable with up to a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• AHCA Level 2 background screening required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $43/hr (flat rate regardless of experience)
• Night Differential: $4.25/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis
